It's difficult to put into words how ridiculously crazy, intense and exciting this roller coaster ride has been. Two years ago, I was scrubbing toilets as a part-time janitor at an athletic club. Now we have an office with employees, I travel across the country speaking to thousands of people, and our magazine is reaching nearly 60,000+ young adults - all in one year.

I have stories that would blow your mind. My travels have landed me in Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, San Diego, Madison, Washington D.C., Atlantic City, Maui, and, of course, New York City.

While in D.C., I ate at a steak house and sat a table away from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver. In Park City, I attended a dinner at Steve Young's mansion and met a multi-billionaire. At the Sundance Film Festival, Paris Hilton walked
out of a Blender Magazine party as I walked down the street. You never know who you will meet.

We are running ads that ran in Rolling Stone magazine. We were contacted by MTV U about the possibility of doing a show on student entrepreneurs. But most incredibly, we have been in contact with young adults who have done some of the most amazing things I have ever seen. They are entrepreneurs, authors, scholars, inventors, mutual fund managers and mayors, all the same ages as you and me.

Because of the significance of this November issue, I thought it would be appropriate to include some pictures from some of the places we have been, chronicling the journeys of meetings with clients and young adults we have had over the past year.

With that being said, I'd like to thank you for helping to make all of this possible. Without you, none of this would have happened.

We look forward to sharing another year of this exciting journey with you.
