Craigslist is expected to make $100 million in revenue this year. That's pretty good for a site that doesn't bombard you with ads. They also have the classiest storefront of any multimillion dollar company I've seen. This expected figure is up from the estimated $81 million the company made in 2008.

Almost half of Internet users have used an online classified ad site in their lifetime, according to a Pew Research report. What about you? Check out these other Craigslist stats, and see how the site makes money.

A few weeks ago I bought a cheap bike using the service. I'm sure Craig was pleased.

Hey Cody, thanks for the craigslist resources, what a great article! Did you catch Seth Green's shout out to craig in his recent appearance on ABC's Unbroke special?

I didn't, but that's pretty funny. With any luck, one day I can find a velour couch cover.
