Deadline for completing the survey and entry is March 1, 2012.

All survey responses are anonymous and confidential. No purchase necessary. To enter, first complete the brass|READER SURVEY and then fill-in the entry form. You must be a legal U.S. resident, age 16 or older by February 1, 2012. Only one entry per eligible individual is accepted. Employees of brass|MEDIA Inc. or its subsidiaries/sponsors/advertisers and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate. You must provide verifiable contact information to be eligible to win. Winners will be selected randomly by a drawing on or around March 8, 2012 from the eligible entries. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
